This is a culminating experience course providing students with exposure to the approaches and best practices relating to organizational development, performance improvement, and effectiveness. Students will be completing final projects in a group setting (or as individuals), with direct weekly guidance and mentoring from your instructor. The focus is on how the student can utilize these concepts and skills in different organizational settings. For example, developing and evaluating programs, identifying needs within organizations, and analyzing organizations. These generalizable concepts and skills include problem analysis and identification, resource identification, needs assessment and other factors involved in “Needs Assessment/Front-end analysis.
