You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students

Students will participate in a 90-hour internship with a child care director at an approved, licensed child care facility. The student will experience the responsibilities of an early childhood administrator, which include work in managing finances, supervising and scheduling teachers, program development, managing food and health, safety programs, supporting quality curriculum, providing professional staff development, marketing the program, and working with families, volunteers and the community. In this capstone course, students will complete the New York State Child Program Administrator Credential (CPAC) Portfolio which demonstrates competency as a Children's Program Administrator. Offered Spring, Summer, DL.
Prerequisites: (ECCE214 OR AH08514) AND (ECCE226 OR AH08506 OR ACTG100 OR AH04046)
