An in-depth study of the development of feminist theory and scholarly debates within the interdisciplinary field of Gender and Women€™s Studies. Critical examination of multiple definitions of feminism, relationship of feminist scholarship to other fields, and conflicts within feminist movements.

GWS101, GWS301 and GWS Major or Minor
