The following related areas are emphasized: Contractual and tort liability of principals/agents and third parties, duties of principal and agent, business entities (including sole proprietorship, partnership/s, limited liability companies, corporations), acquisition of title to real and personal property, leases for real property, real estate sales transactions, and the general law related to will and trusts.
